Starting in January 2020, Town Square Invest’s main focus was to increase users who were actively pursuing property investment opportunities, with a view to convert those who were interested into quality leads.
As Town Square Invest was a relatively new business, it was crucial Axonn hit the ground running to equip them with the leads they needed to support the early growth phase of the business.
During the onboarding process, we held multiple strategy meetings to identify target audience demographics and buyer personas before conducting research into the appropriate keyword terms to support multiple PPC campaigns.
Axonn advised on the design and copy of the campaign landing pages to help improve conversion rate optimisation on the website. We ran a series of test campaigns to validate our strategy before scaling and proliferating the campaigns.
By continuously monitoring and optimising the campaigns and landing pages, we quickly generated 95 per cent of Town Square Invest’s monthly traffic via PPC.
We successfully reduced the Cost Per Lead (CPL) by 84 per cent, compared to its ideal CPL, by increasing the quality of leads over a three-month period. To date, we have generated over 2,800 high-quality leads for Town Square Invest.
